The Patek Philippe 5370R is a stunning Grand Complication split-seconds chronograph in rose gold, featuring a brown Grand Feu enamel dial with beige champlevé enamel subdials and tachymeter scale. Powered by the manually wound CHR 29-535 PS movement with seven patented innovations, it includes a column wheel, horizontal clutch, and an improved split-seconds mechanism.

The 41mm case houses an 18K gold dial plate with Breguet numerals and offers 30m water resistance. Paired with a dark brown alligator strap, it includes a patented triple-blade fold-over clasp. A masterpiece for collectors.
