I had an excellent experience purchasing my Audemars Piguet Royal Oak from Watch My Diamonds, and I want to give a special thank you to Mary and Daniel for making the entire transaction so enjoyable. When you’re making a significant purchase remotely, trust and communication matter, and they made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Daniel was very communicative, personable, and easy to work with. He sent clear photos and videos that accurately showed the watch and its condition. When it arrived, it was exactly what I had expected and in great condition. I really appreciated knowing that what I was seeing in the photos and videos was what I would actually receive. He also took my wrist size ahead of time and made sure the watch was properly sized before shipping it. It arrived fitted and ready to wear, which was a thoughtful touch. Being able to put it on immediately and enjoy it made the experience that much better. Daniel shipped the watch immediately, and his follow-through was excellent. The same care he put into communicating with me carried through to preparing and shipping the watch. Mary was also wonderful in helping facilitate the sale, and I appreciated how easy they both made the process. One of my favorite parts of the experience was that we even nicknamed my watch “the Unicorn” because of its rarity. That little detail made the purchase feel personal and memorable. It was fun to share the excitement of finding such a special piece with the people helping me buy it. The watch is beautiful, but Mary and Daniel’s service is a big reason I would come back. They made me feel valued as a customer, and the experience left me wanting to purchase from them again. Thank you, Mary and Daniel, for the great communication, accurate photos and videos, immediate shipping, and attention to getting the fit right. I’m extremely happy with my Unicorn and would highly recommend Watch My Diamonds to anyone looking for a special watch and people who make the buying experience just as enjoyable.

Outstanding experience purchasing my Audemars Piguet Royal Oak from WatchMyDiamonds I recently acquired an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak through WatchMyDiamonds in New York’s Diamond District, and the entire process exceeded every expectation I had for a high-end watch purchase. From the first inquiry, the team was knowledgeable, transparent, and professional. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered every question about condition, provenance, and details without pressure, and provided clear photos and information. The watch arrived exactly as described impeccable finishing, perfect condition, and complete with box and papers. Authenticity was never in doubt; their expertise and reputation in the luxury watch space give real peace of mind on a piece of this caliber. Communication was responsive and seamless throughout. Shipping was secure, fully insured, and handled with the care you’d expect for a Royal Oak. The overall experience felt personal and high-touch rather than transactional, which is rare when dealing with watches at this level. Highly recommended for anyone serious about acquiring an AP Royal Oak or other fine timepieces. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Phenomenal Customer Service and Attention to Detail I had an outstanding experience with Watch My Diamonds. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional, and the attention to detail was truly impressive. Both Daniel and Dmitry went above and beyond, working with me to bring a small dream to life quickly and without hassle. Their responsiveness, care, and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It's rare to find a business where every team member is this attentive and genuinely invested in getting things right. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend Watch My Diamonds to anyone looking for quality service & pieces backed by a team that truly cares. Thank you, Daniel and Dmitry, for making this happen!

Even though FedEx really botched the delivery, Watch my Diamond was great throughout the entire process. They kept in touch with me and helped me navigate everything with FedEx and were great throughout the process. I would definitely use them again and give them my highest rating. The watch was sent quickly and they made the process very easy, in spite of the FedEx snafu. The watch was exactly as described and was exactly what I wanted with all of the attached paperwork and boxes. The packaging they used was excellant and they did a great job making sure that the watch was secure. All around they did a great job and earned these 5 stars.

I was very nervous about making a purchase like this over the Internet, but they were great. They are an active storefront jeweler in the diamond District with great reviews even on Reddit & yelp and they get back to you very quickly very professionally I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a luxury watch and I look forward to using them again in the future

Excellent and prompt communication. The watch was, if anything, in better condition than advertised. Despite the store being hit with a blizzard the day my payment cleared escrow, they still delivered the watch in three days.

I've had the Speedmaster for about 2 weeks now before writing this review. I didn't realize until after my purchase that the photos weren't of the actual watch/model number so I called and spoke with Daniel. He assured me that the watch I was getting was correct and in excellent condition as described and sent photos. When it was received it was truly in EXCELLENT condition and I'm very happy with my purchase. Thank you.

I purchased a higher end Rolex (Sky Dweller) - which is my first time using eBay’s authentication and eBay all together. It was a seamless experience with this seller. They communicated promptly on the message board. The videos online of the authentication process was reassuring. The seller provided an exact description that stayed true of the watch. Truly a great experience for a first time high end watch buyer within a new platform.
