The Patek Philippe Ref. 5905R-010 masterfully unites two of the brand’s most coveted complications, a flyback chronograph and Annual Calendar, in a striking rose gold case with a modern sunburst blue dial. Powered by the self-winding Caliber CH 28‑520 QA 24H, it displays the day, date, month, and day/night indication in perfectly legible apertures, requiring only one annual adjustment.
The 42 mm case features a concave bezel and hollowed flanks for refined elegance, while gold faceted baton hour markers and a shiny dark blue alligator strap complete the look of this sophisticated, high-performance timepiece.

Even though FedEx really botched the delivery, Watch my Diamond was great throughout the entire process. They kept in touch with me and helped me navigate everything with FedEx and were great throughout the process. I would definitely use them again and give them my highest rating.
