Even though FedEx really botched the delivery, Watch my Diamond was great throughout the entire process. They kept in touch with me and helped me navigate everything with FedEx and were great throughout the process. I would definitely use them again and give them my highest rating. The watch was sent quickly and they made the process very easy, in spite of the FedEx snafu.
