⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Phenomenal Customer Service and Attention to Detail I had an outstanding experience with Watch My Diamonds. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional, and the attention to detail was truly impressive. Both Daniel and Dmitry went above and beyond, working with me to bring a small dream to life quickly and without hassle. Their responsiveness, care, and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It's rare to find a business where every team member is this attentive and genuinely invested in getting things right. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend Watch My Diamonds to anyone looking for quality service & pieces backed by a team that truly cares. Thank you, Daniel and Dmitry, for making this happen!

Even though FedEx really botched the delivery, Watch my Diamond was great throughout the entire process. They kept in touch with me and helped me navigate everything with FedEx and were great throughout the process. I would definitely use them again and give them my highest rating. The watch was sent quickly and they made the process very easy, in spite of the FedEx snafu. The watch was exactly as described and was exactly what I wanted with all of the attached paperwork and boxes. The packaging they used was excellant and they did a great job making sure that the watch was secure. All around they did a great job and earned these 5 stars.

My husband and I recently purchased a rose gold Daytona watch from Watch My Diamonds, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I had been searching for this particular watch for quite some time, but every place I contacted either couldn't source it or quoted an unbelievably high price. When I called them, I was assisted by Mary, who was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and was able to locate the watch I wanted at a price that was far more reasonable than any other offer I had received. The entire experience was smooth, transparent, and stress free. It's rare to find this level of customer service and honesty in the luxury watch market. I'm extremely excited about my new purchase and grateful for the outstanding service provided. I will definitely be shopping with Watch My Diamonds again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality timepieces and exceptional customer care.

This my second time buying from WmD and the experience is always super smooth. The service is second to none, Daniel goes beyond the expectation when it comes to his customers. I was looking for a ceramic AP for quite some time and finally pulled the trigger. Amazing experience, don't hesitate truster dealer.

Just bought a Patek Philippe 5230P from Daniel and the crew. Excellent customer service, they really went above and beyond to make this happen for me. Was skeptical at first buying a watch on 47th but after doing my research and seeing how trustworthy they are this was an easy choice and a seamless experience. Would recommend! #Patek #47th #NYC
Very easy and professional process. They upgraded shipping to next day when I needed it (no charge). They took my credit card (no additional charge). I would recommend them again.

I was very nervous about making a purchase like this over the Internet, but they were great. They are an active storefront jeweler in the diamond District with great reviews even on Reddit & yelp and they get back to you very quickly very professionally I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a luxury watch and I look forward to using them again in the future

Excellent and prompt communication. The watch was, if anything, in better condition than advertised. Despite the store being hit with a blizzard the day my payment cleared escrow, they still delivered the watch in three days.

I've had the Speedmaster for about 2 weeks now before writing this review. I didn't realize until after my purchase that the photos weren't of the actual watch/model number so I called and spoke with Daniel. He assured me that the watch I was getting was correct and in excellent condition as described and sent photos. When it was received it was truly in EXCELLENT condition and I'm very happy with my purchase. Thank you.

I purchased a higher end Rolex (Sky Dweller) - which is my first time using eBay’s authentication and eBay all together. It was a seamless experience with this seller. They communicated promptly on the message board. The videos online of the authentication process was reassuring. The seller provided an exact description that stayed true of the watch. Truly a great experience for a first time high end watch buyer within a new platform.
