SHIPPING POLICY
WatchMyDiamonds offers free domestic express shipping for every order valued over $150 via FedEx or UPS and International Priority for $99 USD. However, should you return an item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
All items that leave our showroom for shipping are fully insured against loss, theft and damage during transit. In order to protect your purchase, a signature is required for the package to be delivered.
Return shipping charges for items not specifically covered under warranty coverage or otherwise damaged or defective, will be deducted from any refunds given.
When will my order be shipped?
If item that you have purchased is in stock, has no diamonds, no alterations/complications of the product need to be made and all funds are cleared, we will ship the order within 24 hours.
If your item is made to order, special order or has diamonds - processing time may take 5-7 business days. If you are interested in additional information about a particular item, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support.
Delivery time
Priority shipment within the US usually take 1-3 business days. International: 5-10 business days.
All Shipments to addresses outside the United States are generally subject to duties, taxes (such as VAT), and other charges, as determined by the local jurisdiction. Please be advised that the customer is responsible for any and all of these charges and they will be in addition to the purchase price (or hammer price in the case of an auction) displayed on our website (plus any shipping and insurance charges). Also, in the event there are customs charges assigned to your package, you must pay for any associated import taxes as well, including VAT and duties, required by your country's governmental regulations. To learn more, please contact your local customs office for further information. Your package will include a copy of your actual invoice, and the customs office will determine any applicable fees. The Company cannot label an item as a gift or declare a lesser value than the purchase price of the item. Please contact your local authorities for specific information.
In the case that a package is refused or deemed non-deliverable, and thus returned to us, return and re-shipping charges incurred will be the sole responsibility of purchaser. Packages which have not been delivered or picked up by the customer for three days will be returned to us at the customer's expense; customer will also be liable for re-shipping fees.
No orders are shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We cannot guarantee any particular delivery date. Items ordered together may ship separately. FedEx will not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses including U.S Territories/Provinces.
Fraud Protection and High Value Insurance
Our policy requires us to ship merchandise to an address that is registered with your credit card company or PayPal. If you would like your package shipped to an alternative address, we require that the address be registered and verified with the credit card company or PayPal. Although we do allow for separate shipping/billing addresses, we require further verification (which may include but not limit to providing a photo ID, picture of a credit card used) prior to shipping out the package.
By entering into a purchase agreement with us, the customer agrees that in the event of loss or damage during shipment, the customer will be compensated by the insurance claim process and the customer agrees not to perform a credit card chargeback to recover such a loss. The customer also agrees to assume all liability for loss or damage during shipment if there is a 'Signature Release' of any kind on file for the delivery address. All claims for loss or damage during shipment must be initiated within 48 hours of scheduled delivery.
In cases whereby the value of a shipment exceeds the limits of the insurance company, we will use a secure armored carrier to get your package to you on time and in immaculate condition. For this additional service, charges will apply and will be provided to you at the time of purchase.
In Store Pick-Up
For added convenience, we offer an in store pick-up option on select items. If the item is available at our store, select the in-store pick-up option during checkout. Once your order is received by Watch My Diamonds company and ready to be collected, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for pick-up. We are only authorized to allow the person who placed the order to collect the item in-store. Appointment is required!
For security purposes, please present the following when picking up orders in store:
- Your order confirmation email
- A valid photo ID
- The credit card used to place the order
