I purchased a beautiful reconditioned vintage Lady Datejust Rolex! So far I am very happy with it. It was a little tight so they sent an extra link which made it fit perfectly. I had my Local jeweler check it for serial number etc.. to be sure Authentic. I will definitely use Daniel and Watch My Diamonds again.

I purchased a Panerai 682 new this week. WOW, I was so impressed with the excellent customer service from Mary Rodriguez at Watch My Diamond. My packaged arrived next day in a very well packaged box. Mary was very informative and always got back to me fast. This was very assuring knowing there is a lot of shop online that are not 100% honest. The price of their watches is very competitive. I am writing to enthusiastically endorse the company, Watch My Diamonds. I have just received my first designer watch from them and the entire experience was excellent! The watch had been previously owned, but just as they promised, it was in mint condition. Their quality control is stringent and exacting. The watch was sent to me overnight at their expense. Upon receipt, the band was too tight and the watch face seemed too small. I was sent a return/postage paid overnight label and returned it the same day it was received. I then ordered the next larger size watch face. It was sent to me at their expense one week later having had to go through the same quality control lab. Also, there was no additional cost for requesting the larger watch. It fits perfectly and came with an appraisal for its replacement value.From start to finish everything about the experience has been excellent. The woman “assigned” to me in customer service was professional, courteous, knowledgeable about the watches, and incredibly patient with me! I would recommend Watch My Diamonds to anyone who wanted to purchase a new or previously owned designer watch. Having never ordered something this expensive without being in a store, I was initially leery and skeptical that I could trust the experience or the product. I am now a believer!!
